Playing The Kortz Center Heist solo
The Kortz Center Heist supports 1–4 players, so running it solo is fully viable — here's what changes.
Unlike some GTA Online heists that require a minimum crew size, the Kortz Center Heist explicitly supports anywhere from 1 to 4 players. That means you can register as a Boss, unlock your Art Studio, and run Scope Out, every Prep Mission, and the Finale entirely by yourself.
The trade-off for going solo in the Kortz Center Heist is payout: Beebom's community-reported figures put solo runs in roughly the $2 million to $2.25 million range, versus up to about $7.14 million for a four-player crew that grabs multiple exhibits. Solo play is slower and more exposed at each entry point, since you can't split lookout, infiltration, and getaway duties across teammates.
Solo Kortz Center Heist tips
Adjustments worth making when you run the Kortz Center Heist alone:
- Take extra time during Scope Out — nobody else is watching the second entry point for you.
- Prioritize preps that reduce risk (Infiltration Gear, EMP Charges if unlocked) over speed-focused options.
- Plan your Getaway Vehicle prep carefully since there is no second driver to fall back on.
- Expect a lower payout ceiling than a full crew, and budget your Mansion/Art Studio purchase accordingly.
